Request Consultation Form (queues): new Odoo module

We are happy to announce that HCW@Home has launched an Odoo module, “HCW@Home - Request Consultation Form (queues)”.

This module is accessible both on Odoo.sh and for on-premise installations.

Key features

• The patient has a new section in his portal where he can request a consultation.
• The list of HCW@Home queues is fetched automatically and defined in the list of areas.
• Once the patient submits the consultation request, he waits in the specific waiting queue where several doctors can handle the consultation.
