Privacy policy

This policy explains what data this website collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR. It covers this website only, not HCW@Home instances run by healthcare organisations.

Contact and quote requests

The contact and quote form is hosted on paf.iabsis.com, at Infomaniak in Switzerland. We receive the information you enter (for example your name, email address, organisation and message).

This data is used only to answer your request. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. We keep it for 24 months after our last exchange, then delete it.

Audience measurement

We use Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves on umami.iabsis.com. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. It records the page viewed, the referring site, browser, operating system and device type, language and country. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Technical logs

Like any web server, our host Infomaniak keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited time.

Fonts and icons

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and its icons from the unpkg.com content delivery network. Your browser therefore sends your IP address to these providers, which may process it outside Switzerland. Google LLC (United States) participates in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Where your data is

Apart from the fonts and icons mentioned above, all data is processed and hosted in Switzerland.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at hello@hcw-at-home.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, with your national data protection authority.
